Even if the official announcement has another, more romantic, reason for it, due to low population the european and north american servers will be merged into one on the 17th of July. The name of this unique server will be Nexus.

Yes that's right, Toontown Germany has been officially shut down.

After the announcement of Spell Swapping for Sorcerers and Bards and the rework done to the Sorcerer's "Energy" line of spells, it's now time to add some new spells for Wizards, Sorcerers and one for Bards.

With the last poll we asked our readers what part of their playing time they dedicate to Player versul Player combat. Well, it looks like people tend not to play PvP at all or spend most of the time doing it.
This seems to mean that PvP usually is not considered as "something else" you can do in your game, but it is more something like a completely different playing style.

After a long wait Neocron 2 finally received Retail Patch #157. Some bug fixed, new special vehicles to use during events, new weapons mod and World Cup fever hitting the Neocron world.

With the allied forces winning the last map (Campaign #30 ), the next one will start with the client already patched to 1.23.6 which features adjusted sights for infantry and network improvements.
The list of changes coming with 1.24 is expected soon.
